I've used brain breaks in my classroom using different programs and activities (www.adventuretofitness.com, Wii Dance, other music and videos). After viewing some of the blogs I follow, I discovered a new FREE program called GO NOODLE! I just completed the easy sign up process and can't wait to try it out the first week of school.
